I went and checked out all of the bikes, and surprisingly enough, the Fuji that was "too small" is the one I picked. I feels the most comfortable of the few I checked out (it plus a few others on closeout at a local LBS), so I think the pictures themselves were a bit deceiving. The standover is perfect, and I have about 90% extension on my downpedal.
