So I found a univega nuovo sport frame but Im not sure if its exactly what I want. Its a 58cm in sixze.

I want as little clearance as possible between the wheels and the frame. The guy is only selling the frame so Im not sure what it looks like with wheels on and its a little far for me to drive just to find out its not what I want so I wanna do a little research first.

Also does anyone know if these were originally designed to use 700c wheels??
