Thanks, man! I rode it a little more than 30 miles tonight and the brakes stopped squealing by the end of the ride so I guess the pads just needed to break-in. It's a pleasure. Very positive "ka-chunk" shifts, the steering is very responsive and, again, it just feels smooth.
