My route is mainly designated bike routes with minimal street riding. Average up and downhills, nothing too crazy.

Basically I needed some advice on which upgrades, if any, should I make to improve my bike's natural rolling speed and improve efficiency.

What should be my first and most important upgrade, 120 psi tires, clipless pedals, maybe new rims that are more areodynamic, any other suggestions you may have or a new bike entirely because this one simply just weights too much?

Thanks all
This bike probably hits the curb at 28 - 30 pounds and is a close cousin of the Denali that is sold at Wal Mart and seems to get decent reviews from a good number of people as it is a slightly better offering from x-mart.

It would not be worth it to put a great deal of money into the bike and if you could get a bike like the Defy at a smashing good deal thikn you'd be a little blown away at how much nicer a bike that is.
