If you love riding then you got yourself a perfectly acceptable bike.
In the future you may decide you want a speed machine, you may decide you want a hardcore MTB, you may decide you're happy on your existing bike. If you enjoy riding what you've got then stick with what you've got. If you find you want more speed then look at a speed machine, if you decide you want more fun in the mud get a mountain bike, if you start breaking what you've got (through being too heavy for it, or just riding it into oblivion) then replace and/or upgrade as necessary.
