I saw this bike a couple weeks ago and snapped a couple photos. Thought it must be abandoned. Then, a couple days ago I see it locked up again somewhere else. The guy came out right then, unlocked it and rode off on it with the seat in the same configuration. He rides sitting on the edge of the back of the seat!
