me and my wife both have road bikes and we ride them quite often, but its getting harder to find a babysitter now for us to go on our rides...

my sister in law has given us a trailer/encloser thing that attaches to the rear skewer, she had it on a cheap MTB that had a stud/nut combo on the skewer, i was wondering if this thing would be compatible with my quick release skewer on my trek road bike, or will i have to buy a cheap MTB with the stud/nut combo?

yes i know its a dumb question, i've never had one of these things before and it didnt come with instructions, and i've never tried to see of my QR will come apart to attach the bracket ..

any help is appreciated!
