Sweet frame, and if you're ok paying MSRP then go for it. Personally I'd not pay more than $2500 for that frame though, and if I wait long enough I'm sure I'd find that deal brand new at a shop.
For comparison, I just bought an S-works Roubaix SL3 with full dura-ace (but I let the shop keep the wheels and cassette - I have my own I use) for $3200+tax. MSRP on the complete bike was $8000. That's brand new from an LBS. It was a 2011 bike....I watched the price slowly decrease over 6 months until I negotiated my deal.
