My question is this: What grain alternatives should I eat as carbs for a better ride? Better yet, what should my carb, protein, fat ratio be? I eat quite a bit of "good" fats because I use a lot of nut flours, quinoa, flax and chia seeds and flours as alternatives to grains. I feel fantastic but worry about getting that ratio for ideal energy and endurance. I would appreciate any help and advice anyone could give me! Thanks

Those grains/nuts look good based on what I've read. Just keep your carbs below 50 a day. Forever.
