Like I said it is different here. Ramps are OK, Sheds are permitted up to 12x12. Doors are standard size. No parking on the street for more than 48 hours. Large wide bike lanes. And there is no restriction to adding a door. But then no one will be painting their house purple, letting weeds grow or letting their dogs run free. It all depends on what you are looking for. In our case it beat watching a neighbor moving in with three cars. one that doesn't run, and a motorhome parked in the street.
