Cheers. It's too bad that regular folks can't be given personal masseurs, dieticians and relief from a job. For me - the job keeps me from building up enough reserve + with the added stress of project deadlines I can never get the sleep and rest needed to perform at a high level. That said - 45 miles is HUGE!!! Best with your fitness endeavor.
