The ride was great! I believe they had close to 300 riders. Lots of folks decked out with Ocala Bike Shop jerseys - I tried to get one last week, but all they had left were medium and small - not even close to fitting me. Asked Dan to reserve an XL for me when the new ones come in.
I was impressed with the organization - great food, teriffic support from the police keeping the cars stopped at intersections and well marked routes. I rode the Ride to Remember out of Flemington on Saturday and was really disapointed with the support. NEVER saw a sag vehicle, not much selection on snacks - only good thing was a nice t-shirt.
Linda, looking forward to seeing you at next year's ride - perhaps we can ride together.

Looks like they had lots of riders this year. Hope it went well. I thought we were done with the love bugs but went south on Friday to visit my mom in Leesburg and had them all over my car. They didn't seem as bad where we were but it seems like they are in clumps in some areas.
