Lactate threshold as a high percentage of Max HR

What is your lactate threshold heart rate and what's your max heart rate that you've observed?

My lactate threshold HR is a little bit higher this year than it was last year. To find it, I would do an all out 30' TT and take the average for the last 20 minutes, which was 183bpm.

This year, my threshold intervals routinely put me at 186bpm by the time I hit the end of the interval.

My highest MaxHR that I've seen so far is 198, and every time I see it it's during a very high intensity part of a race (i.e. attacking uphill, leading out a teammate, taking a 1k flyer)

Does that provide any insight into the type of rider on might turn into? I don't know of anyone that has a threshold HR this high, and I guess what I'm wondering is this is indicative of a time trialist rather than a pursuiter since I have a smaller "top end" heart rate range to work with. Or is there no correlation at all?
