Why? Pick up a nice vintage sport-touring frameset on eBay for $300. Get it repainted for another $300 if you must. It will do everything that a Roadeo will do, weigh less, and cost one-third or less.

You won't have a goofy oversized and overbuilt frame with a sloping top tube, you'll have a frame designed as God intended them to be.... :-)
