Any shimano road cranks will fit this frame; the trick is, you'll need to use a compatible bb86 bottom bracket.

You'll also need to figure out your chainline, as you'll likely run a road double.. FWIW, FSA does make a compatible BB and cranks; sram also makes a bb86-standard BB which will fit only SRAM cranksets. The Omnium is possibly the only track-specific crank that can be used in a BB86 frame, as of right now....
