I do more "push" than "pull" all the time, but if I was doing back to back blocks like this I'd be heavier in the "push" in the first one. The reason is that I find recovery from the over threshold workouts is slower so I want most of that work to be right before a rest week. But maybe the difference in recovery rate is just due to my advanced years (58) and you might be different.
Thanks for the input. Putting together your comment with Waterrockets', it sounds like one good approach might be two weeks focusing on push, two weeks focusing on pull, then rest week.
