I doubt it. I have a Roubaix too. I'm 5'10. I used to ride a 56, that I changed for a 54 last year. It feels just right . I seriously doubt that at 5'7, the 56 frame would work for him.
Both the 54 and 56 come stock with a 100mm stem.
