I'm sure it's an isolated insodent - otherwise, I think we'd have heard more about it. My LBS just called and said he had the same conversation with FSA as I had. Although I think they'd like me to just keep the ring, they are going to order a new one. I think the fact that it's only got 100 miles on it would say there's got to be something wrong with the ring.
