Bikes: Heavy, with friction shifters

Strange (for me) saddle issue

Hi, I'm on my first ever road bike. After almost 30 years of cycling (33 now). I've encountered a strange problem with the seat.
First: bike is good size for me (56 cm, I being 178). Seat height is also OK. However, when I ride the bike, I have a pressure in my groin when riding in the drops. While staying on tops, or on the hoods, it is OK. Comfy. But in the drops it hurts a bit. Tilted nose a bit downwards but didn't help much. Any easy solution to try, or just get another seat? Yes, the seat is Fizik Antares.

One more thing: in the drops and tops my hand are fine, but when on the hoods, it feels as if they're too far away. Measured myself and the top tube - it is good for my size. Am I just not flexible enough yet?
