I'm sure there are other options from other builders but this one stood out for me. The full length cable housing is nice if you're going to ride in the rain, mud or other lousy weather.

Why the dislike for a "do everything bike"? I guess I'm getting a little bored w having a bunch of bikes and would like to consolidate into 3-4 road ish bikes plus my 2 dedicated mtbs. Something like this could fill multiple niches and disc brakes are fantastic
