Well it's up to them if they do need help. This usually comes in the form of a patch, needs a tube, needs a co2 cartridge or they just fail at changing a tube and I can do it in about 3 minutes. Two people can do it together: while one person takes the tire off and checks for things still in it, I can check the tube to find the hole and prep the replacement (take off the stupid cap and washer, inflate a bit with mouth). While the first person is putting the new tube in, I can clean up.
