Bikes: 2001 GT mountain bike turned commuter bike and a 1980's mazarati (my current fix up project)

toe clips....again
I recently added toe clips to my bike and I am having trouble installing the straps. Anyone have any help? I tried online and I can't figure it out. Any help? They are Bontranger toe clips.
