There are two other options, if you like the idea:
(1) A Tange lugged, painted to match by a local, or yourself. Can't imagine that Sacha would mind giving up the paint code. FWIW, they are $111 on Universal Cycles site.
or, if you are a little more industrious:
(2) There is a lugged stem kit at Nova Cycle Supply for $70.

I've seen one of the Tanges in person, at American Cyclery in SF, and they were rather nice for the money. Have to be able to live with 100, 110 or 120mm length though.
