Brought the frame to Yellow Jersey. Andy Muzi first thought it was a Carlton Pro, but when I pointed out the Italian threaded BB, silver brazing, and holes in the lugs, and seat stays, he was stumped. In his typical form he said it looks like it may possibly an oddball Raleigh or something custom from Northern Italy, but it's otherwise "unremarkable". He went on to say the fork crown is definitely Northern Italy, possibly Guzi or Buzi, or something like that. Can't quite remember the exact name now.
