Suggestion: Get your LBS involved.

The LBS and Cygo would both have to agree to this scenario, but you could get your replacement from the LBS and then Cygo comps the LBS one on the next resupply order. Shipping charge would be minimal (if any) to the LBS, as they would be incurring freight charges anyway for the replenishment stock.
