I'm not really someone who notices a huge difference from one sealed-bearing track hub to another. They're light, but a lightweight hub really doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things when it comes to wheels because it's not rotational weight. I like them better than the Phil Wood hub I had before that would slip forward every ten minutes and they've required zero maintenance. They're smooth but the bearings in my Suzues spin for a lot longer when my bike is up in the work stand.
Do you know if they're forged or machined? Have you noticed, or do you know, the thickness of the flanges?
