Once you start giving advice and free tune-up's your acting like a 'dealer'. Before you know it some bone head is going to crash or something's going to break and they'll try to come after you. i don't understand this. does his legal liabilty become more burdensome when being kind, flirting (wink wink, nudge nudge) or providing additional follow-up services after a sale?
