thanks for all the support even after not reaching my intended milestone, I think I expected a bit more razzing lol. My riding buddy works out 3 times a week+ and she pops out 90km rides for fun with little to no breaks. She's also 23 and I'm 31 if that's a factor. In any case I hope to ride with the ease that she does, and remove any of the interferences I ran into on this last trek
