Hi, occasional lurker here,

I've been asked by a friend to sell his 2008 Specialized Sequoia. Unusually for a bike this old, it's brand new. Bought with road biking as a goal but barely left his driveway.

I'm inflating the tubes, lubing all that needs lubing and making it shiny again...trouble is, I've no idea what to sell it for all the bikes I can find are well used...It was bought for MSRP ($750ish). Its a few years old, but it is brand new.

I'll be selling locally so apologies to mods reg. classifieds etc. I'm not selling here, just on a fact finding mission...

I know there is a lot of knowledge out there, hopefully someone can help
