Looking at the vid, it seem see is trying to stay in the plane, and the instructor is pushing her out.. That's my opinion on the vid..

IMO again, having your harness not adjusted correctly is way worst than being forced out.. In the former your chute doesn't open, in the latter, you are out there and your chute should open..
