A year or so ago, in a kinda run down area, while approaching a busy 4 way intersection, on a raised front deck, about 4 ft above the road and sidewalk, were 2 very fine looking women in minimalist white bikinis, leaned way over talking to an elderly street lady pushing a grocery cart on hte sidewalk. Just sooo out of place and bizarre. I am lucky to be alive, I was not watching where I was going, and no one else was either.
