glutamine by itself will not help with recovery. You are taking a ton of stuff that could be taken with one drink. If you truly want to something for recovery take an amino acid supplement like Extend from Scivation or Recon from Muscle Pharm. Otherwise just having a balanced diet will get you most of your BCAA's or take a good protein like Combat powder which has a ton of BCAA's
