I usually pack a banana, granola bar, Hammer Fizz tabs for every other bottle, figs and whatever road food I find. On a ride earlier this month, I took my normal food items but started to cramp up around 45 miles. Thanks to NLearner and his secret stash I made it hhome. Not fun though. This ride was a lot of starting and stopping which I don't normally do and it spanned many hours. The farthest I've ridden was 60 miles and had no issues at all.
