I usually wear my backwards. It keep a bit of sun off your neck.. My problem with cycling caps, they pretty much come in small sizes so they don't normally fit my big head.. You wear yours under a helmet ?. I was lucky enough to find a fake cycling cap make of Cool Max material.. In the summer, I think these caps help to keep one's head a bit too warm.
