I don't draft people, stealth or otherwise, partly because I almost always ride solo. But I've found myself on the same road behind someone at about the same pace. I don't want to pass them and then slow them down. When I get into a situation like that, I pull up next to them, say hi ... and usually wind up chatting with the person for 10 or 20 minutes until our paths diverge.
