Its a nice loop and gets plenty of cycling traffic. One good thing about it is that its about half of it is covered (tree cover) so a bit more pleasant to ride in the hot months. I've ridden it many times (I have family in Ormond). I still think Clermont is the number 1 riding venue in Florida since it provides some hills - with the area around Mt. Dora number 2.
