I wear Sugoi (pronounced soo-goy) RS shorts. They are expensive but worth it. They boast of a "high-tech" chamois. They are the only shorts I've worn since I started cycling (the LBS which sold me my bike recommended them). All I know is that I've never had any issues with saddle soreness or chafing since I started cycling, and judging from all the posts I seen about these issues in the various sub-forums here on BF, that means these shorts are working well for me.
