Sorry for your bad experience.
I myself will never buy from them because I won't know if I like the product unless I try it.
It's happened many times where I buy some shorts and it's not until I'm 20 miles into a ride when I finally feel that they are irritating me.
Same with helmets. Some feel great on your head for the couple of minutes you try it on in the shop but
an hour into the ride, not so much. You try to adjust it with the pads and just can't get it to feel right.
