Centrifugal Force?

Hi,

What's the math behind the centrifugal force on a bike? I think it's something like as you gain speed on a bike the centrifugal force makes a horizontal force which you can sort of lean on, thus reducing the amount of energy you have to expend to keep it from falling over. It's like standing on a 3 inch traffic cone as opposed to a 4 foot traffic cone. Eh?
