Thx Bianchigirl & jyl...Good info!

I've seen a couple of other bike frames made by the builder...Battistelli. New too me also!

I think 24" wheels would be too big. It's a pretty small frame. The seller thought it might take 18 or 20 inch wheels. The one's pictured w/ the bike are NOS Nisi Tubular rims (24 hole) w/ a serrated rim edge. I really don't want to use sew-ups on this one. Right now, I'm thinking 20" clincher...? I definitely don't want the pedals bottoming out around turns w/ too long of crank arms either...!

I have the Bullet Shifters Already. I bought 3 sets of them a long time ago. I also have them on a bike similar to my wife's. Only ours' have brake levers incorporated into the shifting mechanism. They are 8-speed, but I just run a 7-speed freewheel w/ them.

Windsor:

This is how far I've gotten w/ parts I've had on hand (a mock-up), which is subject to change w/ respect to $ & availability of other items needed...
