Specialized Roubaix Comp Triple


2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?
Daily multi-vitamin, assorted other stuff that's supposed to "promote prostate health".


3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
None. I'm in the best health I've been for 20 years.


4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
Laid off biking for about 25 years. Just started up again last year.


5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides, commute, tour, race?
20+ miles is our usual ride. on weekends, double that. We also occasionally will go on organized rides of 50-70 miles.


6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
This year, we've done 2700+ miles... so far


7. Do you do any other type of physical activities - weight lifting, skiing, running, etc.?
We use a bowflex 4 times per week. Situps, stretching, etc.
