Bikes: 2009 Spooky (cracked frame), 2006 Curtlo, 2002 Lemond (current race bike) Zurich, 1987 Serotta Colorado, 1986 Cannondale for commuting, a 1984 Cannondale on loan to my son

New asphalt and a tailwind is awesome. At times I was cruising at 32 mph riding on the hoods. Rear flatted at 27 mph after hitting some glass. At that point I was a bit over 10 miles and a bit under 24 minutes after warm up.

Slogging home into the wind wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

Lower back hurts some from lawn mowing intervals in the AM with a 30+ year old Lawnboy with a non-functioning self-propelling mechanism.
