I did a 8:59 in the TT on a road bike. I killed the first half, thinking it was flat and I could use momentum on the second half. Uh, not so much, slight uphill into the headwind and I cracked hard. My fault for not checking out the course in person. And I'm definitely bringing the TT bike next year.
I DNF'd the crit. I can't corner worth a shiz, and that course was a nightmare for me. I got a solid 10 minute interval in, then decided to pack up and get an early start home.
I got enough points to get to Cat 3 from the RR, so successful weekend.
