You can come work for us...we pay the same for the same work. FWIW I work in commercial and industrial roofing and siding and we have several women working on the field crews, they are some of our best detail mechanics. We only have 3 or 4 out of nearly 100 field personnel, but I think that the travel and the constant heavy, dirty, physical labor are the main reason we don't have more.
