According to the catalog, the Touraine is a very nice-looking but fairly low-end late 80's touring Pug in internally lugged HLE, with a swaged crank.

So IMHO, $325 is very fair. - More likely a $250 bike, based on your description of the condition - though in certain hot markets it would be higher.

Still, I know how sweet riding those HLE bikes are, but the likelihood of finding another in like-condition is slim. <That's the bad news...

The good news is that there are plenty of nice vintage steel-framed bikes you can buy in that $325 price range - but you have to be opportunistic and knowledgeable to land a really good deal. Best of luck with the hunt.
