It doesn't look like it has any braze-ons for a traditional rack, but there are cantilevered racks that attach to the seatpost only. Topeak calls them "beam racks". If you use one of those, a trunk is then a possibility. I think you'd need some kind of wheel struts to support a pannier, though.
