Carbon fiber composites have an infinite fatigue life. Excepting crash damage or manufacturing defects, it will last forever.

Aluminum has a finite fatigue life, and will always fail due to fatigue at some point. But it's probably a moot point, because you'll probably get the upgrade itch or damage it in a crash well before you reach the end of its life.
