You have a single alloy cone spacer, maybe 20mm. You'll need a shorter spacer beneath stem plus either another spacer above stem or cut steerer.

Since the hex bolt's only function is for headset preload, there is no reason for the bolt head to be rounded out like that. Someone may have attempted to adjust the headset incorrectly.

I would suggest a trip to the LBS for the necessary bits. Consider bringing the bike.
