Hi Legin, I was doing some research on Eagle Transfers and I came across your post. I used to work for Eagle and I used to make up the solvent that was used to apply the (Kwik-Fix) transfers that you have. I'm retired now and sadly Eagle is no more but I'm sure I have a list of ingredients some where, and I can remember how to apply them so if you're still in need, let me know and I'll have a search.
