The BikeForums club jerseys were produced by Sugoi which is a Canadian company. Nice job on the jersey overall. They were a bit slow in getting it done but eventually got them to us. You might want to check VeloNews magazine since there a lot of advertisements for jersey printers in the back. I think Voler , Pyroapparel, andRevi all are reputable sources. The prices are all pretty close depending on quantity (the more the cheaper) and come out to be about $45-50/ea. There may be additional setup charges for the artwork (usually a one-time fee - but some include it in the price) and if they need to fix the jersey art there may be charges for that too. Be aware that you will need to have the vendor's template to work from if you are going to do all the work in the design. Otherwise they will do it for you and charge you for it generally. Be prepared to be patient since these projects are not usually done in a short period of time but can take weeks. Plan in advance. The reason I know this stuff is that I did the BF jersey design and helped get it done.

Good luck.
